How TrainPace collects, uses, and protects your data. Calculators work without an account, and we never sell personal information.

• The Training Pace Calculator and Fuel Planner work without an account, and no data is stored for visitors who are not signed in.
• Signing in creates an account through Firebase Authentication (email address and name).
• GPX files you upload while signed in are stored in Firebase Cloud Storage, and only you can access them.
• Google Analytics measures how the site is used; Mapbox draws course maps; Vercel hosts the site.
• TrainPace does not sell personal data or share it with advertisers. You can ask for a copy of your data or for its deletion.

The full policy — data collected, third-party services, security, retention, and your rights — is shown on this page in the app. Questions: alex@trainpace.com.

The calculations here are also available as callable tools through a free public MCP server — no account or API key.
